We’ve been there.  As successful and experienced business leaders in our right, we get it. We understand the complexities of team management, business leadership, M&A, ongoing growth and all that comes in-between. We leverage our career successes (and failures) with our coaching expertise to enable more meaningful and relevant coaching outcomes.

We offer an objective perspective. As external coaches, we bring a neutral and fresh perspective, without entanglement to your company politics or internal relationships. This enables us to provide unbiased and honest insight and be 100% there for you through our partnership approach. We can therefore go a level deeper, taking coaching from transactional to transformational.  

We bring diversity of thought. It is no coincidence that the Frank Coaching team bring a diversity of experience, background, gender and age. We believe our clients should choose the right coach for them so offer a complimentary introductory chat ahead of any engagement. We are not a collective, we work together, and we support each other. We are a team.

Size matters: We are big enough to execute cohort programmes and offer client-coach choice. However, we are also small enough to be known personally, and to build a strong relationship with your company. We want to get to know you and the inner workings of your business. This enables a more personalised and relevant coaching proposition.

The Frank coaches share a passion for people and team development and delivering exceptional business outcomes. As coaches, we are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as Associate Certified Coaches (ACC) and trained together to Level 2 PCC on Barefoot Coaching’s flagship training programme. We also hold Team Coaching Practitioner status. The Frank Coaching team are proven operators with a breadth of business experience working in fast growth start-ups and large-scale corporates. We are based in the UK and operate internationally.
