TEAM COACHING.
Team Coaching delivers longer-lasting value by first exploring with the team what is (and isn’t) happening, and shining a light on the behaviours and dynamics the team wants more and less of. Team coaching provides the structure, support, and a safe space that allows teams to think, learn, practice, and integrate new behaviours over time.
Team building or leadership training typically delivers new information, skills or a one-off experience. Team Coaching is different, and goes deeper. The team has agency, it has ownership for what it wants to be different. This creates more sustainable behavioural change and value over the longer term.

HOW WE WORK.
As independent Team Coaches, we’re not constrained to a single tool, diagnostic or school-of-thought. We use a broad range of proven team coaching techniques including assessments, interventions, and group models to help teams achieve their goals.
Whilst no Team Coaching assignment in the same, we do follow a deliberate pathway.
INTRODUCTORY SESSION:
Each Team Coaching engagement starts with a meeting to discuss your team coaching needs, opportunity and goals. We will outline a typical team coaching engagement and give you a feel of what it’s like to work with Frank Coaching. A team coaching engagement typically runs for six months and follows the Discovery - Design - Deliver - Debrief process.
