HOW WE WORK.

As independent Executive Coaches, we’re not constrained to a single tool, diagnostic or school-of-thought. We use a broad range of proven coaching techniques including assessments, goal setting, and personalised models to help our clients achieve their goals.

We’ll always be guided by the needs of the client and create the best possible bespoke solution. And whilst every coaching engagement is different, below is some of what you can expect when working with the team at Frank.

  • No-obligation introductory session: Each engagement starts with a no-obligation introductory meeting to get to know each other, discuss the coaching opportunity and goals, establish relationship chemistry, discuss programme pricing and make a decision on whether to proceed.

  • Programme duration: The majority of our programmes run across four months, with eight fortnightly 90 minute coaching sessions. These can either run in person, via zoom, or a mix of both. Whatever works best for the engagement.

  • Additional support: Our coaching sessions often unearth new perspectives and thinking. Our clients’ progress and success is why we do what we do. Therefore, our coaches can be available in-between sessions if additional support is needed, or to discuss any new thoughts and reflections as required.

  • Pre-reading: Understanding our clients’ world is important to us. We believe that our business acumen alongside our coaching skills is one of the things that makes us different. We’re able to review any appropriate pre-reading to enable more productive coaching sessions.

Before embarking on a coaching journey, it’s important to take a pause to establish if coaching is right for you, right now. Are you open to making a change, to delve into your motivations, behaviours and blind-spots and work towards where you want to get to?

PROGRAMME PRICING:

Our programme pricing is based on a complete partnership that typically lasts several months. The relationship will include multiple touchpoints and communications in-between the coaching sessions. We take this approach as we believe that client growth isn’t confined to a coaching session.

We want to be frank, for competitive reasons we don’t publish our programme pricing. However, our pricing is fully available, please ask.
