With multiple start-ups and exits behind him (Tribal to Omnicom, Albion to MDC, Eastnine to Puregym), Jason is a successful entrepreneur with experience building leading technology businesses including Skype, Tide Banking, and Cleo AI.

 

Jason is currently Chief Commercial Officer at healthcare AI company Ezra. Alongside his full-time responsibilities Jason works with Frances and Matt on team coaching engagements where appropriate.

Jason’s day to day work means he understands the challenges of building and scaling a business. He works with coaching clients to develop leadership skills, to think differently, to gain awareness of blind-spots and to build impactful action plans.

Above and beyond his business experience, Jason is a son of two Psychotherapists, a married dad of four kids and a fully trained Samaritan Volunteer. As an executive and non-executive, Jason stays at the leading edge of trends and industry best practice. And Jason’s coaching leverages all of this for the benefit of his clients.
