FRANCES TAYLOR.

Frances has held regional and global leadership roles in a variety of multinational organisations for over 20 years. As a Senior Global Director, she has managed large Marketing and Commercial teams (covering 20+ countries) and worked for corporates like Aon, Talogy and Robert Walters. As a Senior Exec she has led through acquisitions, buy-outs, economic downturns, restructures and large change-management initiatives. Fran is able to understand the world of her clients, deeply.

Fran’s high emotional intelligence and psychological literacy combined with her business experience, enables her to work with teams and individual leaders to overcome whatever is holding them back. Whether the client’s objective is to better manage conflict or influence, create an exceptional culture, drive change-initiatives and growth or something else... Fran partners with them, to get them to where they want to go.

Fran provides her clients (whether individuals or teams) with the structure, support and safe space that allows them to forge a better understanding of themselves, their strengths, and their blind-spots. Through incisive questioning and challenge, Fran encourages diversity of thought and enables individuals and teams to think, learn, practice and integrate new behaviours over time.

Beyond her work, Fran is a dual citizen having spent half her life in Australia and the other half in the UK. She grapples daily with trying to do a ‘good’ job of raising two young girls. Fran will admit that managing her young family and her demanding career during the pandemic led her to the brink of burn-out. She caught herself, just. And this experience, alongside her love for business and team dynamics, led Frances to her passion for coaching.
